• Agreement — the contract formed between you and us when you engage a service, comprising these Terms and any service-specific confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting our contact form, engaging our services, or continuing to use this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Mankong Counsel provides pension legal support services in Thailand, including document review and consultation, records gathering and liaison with pension authorities, and formal review representation. Service availability is subject to our capacity and the nature of your situation. We do not offer services outside the scope described on our website without separate written agreement.

4. Service Fees and Payment

Fees for each service are stated on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and confirmed in writing before any work begins. Payment is due as agreed at the time of engagement. If the scope of your matter changes and additional work is required, we will discuss and agree any revised fee with you before proceeding. We do not charge hidden fees or add costs without your prior agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when engaging our services. You are responsible for the completeness of the documents and records you provide. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose and not to misrepresent your circumstances to us or to any third party on whose behalf we correspond.

6. Intellectual Property

Either party may end a service engagement by giving reasonable written notice. If we have already begun work, we will invoice for the portion of work completed to that point. If you terminate before we begin, no fee is charged. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where we believe this is appropriate, and will inform you of our reasons.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through direct discussion between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, specifically those of Nonthaburi Province.
